Polyether F127 Diacrylate
Polyether F127 Diacrylate (F127DA) is a triblock copolymer derived from the acrylation of polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol-polyethylene glycol. It rapidly crosslinks and cures into a gel under UV and visible light with a photoinitiator. Polyether F127 Diacrylate displays excellent thermoresponsive gelation (temperature-induced gelation) properties and good biocompatibility. When used with the photoinitiator LAP, it self-assembles into fibrous hydrogels that target bioactive adhesion sites, providing inherent support and biodegradability for tissue cells. Application areas include the biomedical field, serving as a drug carrier, wound dressing, cell carrier, shear protector, bio 3D printing material, and for tissue engineering.
