Arborcandin D
Arborcandin D is a potent antifungal small molecule that inhibits 1,3-β-glucan synthase, exhibiting strong activity against Candida albicans (IC50 3 μg/mL) and Aspergillus fumigatus (IC50 0.35 μg/mL) . It is used in research to study fungal cell wall biosynthesis and evaluate antifungal efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo models.
