Asterriquinone
Asterriquinone (ARQ) is a small molecule inhibitor that disrupts Grb-2/EGFR interactions (IC50=8.37 μM) and inhibits HIV1 reverse transcriptase (Ki=2.3 μM) . It is used in biochemical research to study oncogenic signaling pathways and viral replication mechanisms in vitro.
