Isotenulin
Isotenulin is a P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitor that stimulates its ATPase activity to overcome multidrug resistance (MDR) . It demonstrates cytotoxicity in both resistant (KB-vin) and sensitive (HeLaS3) cancer cell lines and acts synergistically with chemotherapeutics like Paclitaxel in vitro.
