MES hydrate

MES (2-Morpholinoethanesulphonic acid) hydrate is a zwitterionic buffer with an effective buffering range of pH 5.5-7.0. As a Good's buffer, MES hydrate is extensively used in biochemical and molecular biology experiments, including applications such as cell culture, enzyme activity assays, electrophoresis, and protein research.
