Nitro-PAPS disodium dihydrate
Nitro-PAPS disodium dihydrate is a highly sensitive chromogenic reagent used for detecting Fe (II), with a maximum absorption wavelength of 592 nm. It is applicable for determining Fe (II) in serum and can also be used to measure micromolar concentrations of Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, and V.
