ADS032
ADS032 is a dual NLRP1/NLRP3 inhibitor that rapidly and reversibly blocks inflammasome formation, suppressing IL-1β and TNF-α production in human immune and epithelial cells. It reduces NLRP3-driven ASC speck formation, protects mice from lethal influenza A by dampening lung inflammation, and inhibits Nigericin-induced IL-1β secretion (IC50 = 94.6 μM, no washout; 354 μM, washout) .
