IL-22R alpha 1 Protein interacts with IL-22 to activate the JAK/STAT cascade thereby inhibits IL-22 mediated promotion of cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis. IL-22R alpha 1 Protein, Canine (HEK293, His) is expressed by HEK 293 cells and has a transmembrane region (M1-The226) with a His tag at the C-terminus[1].
