Bruceoside B is a triterpenoid saponin isolated from Brucea javanica with demonstrated anticancer properties. It also acts as an anti-tuberculosis agent by specifically inhibiting the InhA enzyme (enoyl-ACP reductase) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, as shown in biochemical and cellular assays.
