YHS-12
YHS-12 is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa 6.506) used to formulate macrophage-targeted LNPs for co-delivery of mRNA and siRNA. These LNPs enhance anti-MRSA phagocytosis in vitro in RAW 264.7 and BMDM cells and improve survival in murine sepsis models, demonstrating utility in immunotherapy and infectious disease research.
