Collagenase, Type VII

Collagenase Type VII (EC 3.4.24.3) is a proteolytic enzyme used in research for tissue dissociation. It is applied in models studying hemorrhagic stroke, notably for inducing thalamic hemorrhage in vivo, and for cell isolation in vitro.
