DSP-0390
DSP-0390 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of emopamil binding protein (EBP), a key enzyme in cholesterol biosynthesis. By blocking de novo cholesterol production, it selectively targets proliferating glioblastoma (GBM) cells, demonstrating potent antitumor efficacy in both in vitro assays and human GBM xenograft models.
