Cylexin
Cylexin is a small molecule antagonist of P-selectin, blocking its interaction with PSGL-1. This inhibitor is utilized in research to study leukocyte adhesion and inflammation in models of ischemia-reperfusion injury, atherosclerosis, and other inflammatory conditions.
