Apaziquone hydroquinone
Apaziquone (EOquin, EO9) is a bioreductive indolequinone prodrug structurally analogous to mitomycin C. It has been investigated in preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies for its potential as an anticancer agent, particularly in intravesical therapy for bladder cancer.
