Tiomolibdic acid

ATN-224 is a novel copper-chelating small molecule derived from ammonium tetrathiomolybdate. It exhibits anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor activity primarily through the inhibition of superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) . This inhibitor is used in cancer research, including studies of tumor growth and metastasis in both cellular and animal models.
