SUN90864 is a β-adrenergic receptor antagonist with mild intrinsic sympathomimetic activity and local anesthetic properties. It has demonstrated efficacy in research models, showing antiarrhythmic effects against apomorphine- and adrenaline-induced arrhythmias in both in vitro and in vivo experimental settings.
