Butoprozine is a multi-channel modulator for cardiac electrophysiology research, prolonging action potential duration, inhibiting the plateau phase, and reducing depolarization amplitude and Vmax. It is used in vitro and in vivo to study arrhythmia mechanisms and antiarrhythmic drug actions.
