Burixafor (TG-0054) is an orally bioavailable CXCR4 antagonist that mobilizes hematopoietic stem cells by inhibiting SDF-1 binding. It is used in research for stem cell mobilization protocols, with applications studied in both in vitro assays and in vivo preclinical models.
