FOURPHIT is a phenylpiperidine derivative featuring an isothiocyanate group at the piperidine 4-position. It acts as an affinity label to selectively and irreversibly inhibit the binding of psychostimulants like methylamphetamine to the dopamine transporter (DAT) in both in vitro binding assays and ex vivo studies.
