NecroX-2
NecroX-2 is a cell-permeable small molecule that selectively inhibits oxidative stress-induced necrotic cell death, exhibiting antioxidant properties. It has demonstrated protective effects in vitro models of cold shock, hypoxia, and oxidative stress, but does not inhibit apoptosis from agents like staurosporine.
