MS40
MS40 is a WDR5-targeting PROTAC that acts as a novel IMiD degrader, inducing the degradation of CRBN neo-substrates IKZF1 and IKZF3. It disrupts the MLL complex, lowering H3K4me2 levels, and has demonstrated efficacy in inhibiting leukemia cell growth in vitro and suppressing patient-derived xenograft expansion in vivo.
