Tibrofan
Tirofiban is a small molecule antagonist of the integrin αIIbβ3 (GPIIb/IIIa) receptor, inhibiting platelet aggregation. It is utilized in research to study thrombosis mechanisms and is applied in both in vitro platelet function assays and in vivo models of arterial thrombosis.
