(R) -YNT-3708 is a potent and selective OX1 receptor agonist (EC50 = 7.48 nM) with 22.5-fold selectivity over OX2R. This research compound is used to study orexin-1 receptor function in models of pain and analgesia, as evidenced by its in vivo effects in mice.
