Coumermycin sodium
Coumermycin is a small-molecule antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, demonstrating potent activity against Staphylococcus species including S. aureus and S. epidermidis. It is widely used in biochemical research to study bacterial DNA replication and topoisomerase function in vitro.
