H3B-616 is a potent, allosteric CPS1 inhibitor (IC50 = 66 nM) targeting a synthetic lethal vulnerability in LKB1-deficient NSCLC. It disrupts pyrimidine synthesis and has demonstrated efficacy in relevant in vitro and in vivo cancer models for research use.
