Spiroxasone
Spiroxasone is a synthetic steroidal antimineralocorticoid of the spiroketone class. It exhibits diuretic and antihypertensive properties and is used in research to investigate mineralocorticoid receptor antagonism in models of hypertension and fluid retention.
