UNBS3157 is a non-hematotoxic naphthalimide derivative with potent antitumor activity, functioning as a DNA intercalator and topoisomerase IIα poison. It demonstrates superior in vivo efficacy over Amonafide in models of leukemia, mammary adenocarcinoma, and orthotopic human lung and pancreatic carcinomas.
