PDE4-IN-26 (Compound A5) is an orally bioavailable, selective PDE4 inhibitor with anti-inflammatory action via p38 MAPK inhibition. It has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models of acute lung injury and COPD, reducing inflammation, fibrosis, and damage while promoting mucociliary clearance.
