MU1409 is a small molecule inhibitor of MRE11 nuclease (IC50=12.1 μM) that also suppresses FEN1 and EXO1. It disrupts DNA repair pathways and stabilizes stalled replication forks in BRCA2-deficient cells, making it a valuable research tool for studying synthetic lethality and BRCA-mutant cancer models in vitro.
