VISTA-IN-4

VISTA-IN-4 (Compound B3) is an orally bioavailable small molecule VISTA inhibitor (K_D = 0.452 μM) that degrades VISTA protein in vitro and demonstrates in vivo antitumor efficacy in mouse models. It reverses VISTA-mediated T-cell suppression, promoting IL-2 release, and shows favorable pharmacokinetics with good oral exposure.
