ROCK/HDAC-IN-2 (C-9) is a dual ROCK/HDAC inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.185 μM (HDAC6), 0.8 μM (ROCK1), and 0.7 μM (ROCK2) . It induces apoptosis and disrupts mitochondrial function in cancer cells, demonstrating research utility in models of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and triple-negative breast cancer.
