GSK3β-IN-2

GSK3β-IN-2 (S01) is a potent GSK3β inhibitor (IC50 = 0.35 nM) that activates Wnt/β-catenin signaling to promote neurogenesis. It reduces Aβ-induced tau phosphorylation at Ser396, decreasing neurofibrillary tangles, and has been shown to ameliorate Alzheimer's-related phenotypes in a zebrafish model.
