SIRT-IN-7 (Compound 7ba) is a pan-SIRT inhibitor targeting SIRT1/2/3, which promotes p53 acetylation and activation. This compound demonstrates antitumor effects by inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis and autophagy in breast cancer cells in vitro.
