Menin–KMT2A-IN-1

Menin–KMT2A-IN-1 is a potent, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the menin-KMT2A interaction (IC50 = 8 nM) . It demonstrates cellular activity against MV4-11 leukemia cells and is useful for researching menin-dependent cancers in both in vitro and in vivo models.
