Naltrindole 5′-isothiocyanate (5'-NTII) is an irreversible antagonist selective for the delta opioid receptor (δ-OR) . It effectively blocks analgesia from the agonist DSLET while sparing effects from DPDPE, making it a key tool for studying δ-OR subtypes in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo pain modulation research.
