OA-Br-1 is an orally bioavailable, selective PTP1B inhibitor (IC50 = 7.08 μM) that demonstrates broad-spectrum anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic activity. Its anti-breast cancer efficacy, validated in both cellular and animal models, is mediated through inhibition of the PTP1B/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
