CDK9-IN-36

CDK9-IN-36 (T7) is a potent and selective CDK9 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.2 nM) with favorable metabolic stability. It demonstrates anti-proliferative effects in vitro against Osimertinib-resistant NSCLC cells by targeting Mcl-1 and inducing apoptosis, and shows in vivo antitumor efficacy in xenograft models.
