CZP-IN-1

CZP-IN-1 (SH-1) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the Trypanosoma cruzi protease CZP (IC50=28 nM), demonstrating negligible activity against human cathepsin L. This small molecule is a valuable chemical tool for investigating CZP function in Chagas disease, applicable in both in vitro and target-validation studies.
