FGFR2/3-IN-2 is a potent and selective oral inhibitor of FGFR2 (IC50=3.7 nM) and FGFR3 (IC50=31.2 nM) . It demonstrates antitumor efficacy, including stasis and regression, in models like SNU-16 gastric cancer, without inducing common on-target toxicities such as hyperphosphatemia or diarrhea in vivo.
