CJZ-3, a lomefloxacin derivative, is a P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitor for research use. It increases intracellular Rh123 retention and decreases its efflux in vitro, making it a tool for studying multidrug resistance in cancer and pharmacokinetics.
