VX-148
VX-148 is a potent and selective non-competitive inhibitor of IMPDH Type II (Ki=6 nM), showing superior anti-proliferative activity in human lymphocytes (IC50 ~80 nM) compared to mycophenolic acid. Its in vivo efficacy is demonstrated by dose-dependent immunosuppression and prolonged skin graft survival in murine models, with effects reversible by guanosine.
