HDAC1-IN-9 (13c) is a potent HDAC1 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.07 μM) demonstrating strong antiproliferative effects in HT-29 colon cancer cells (IC50 = 1.78 μM) and pro-apoptotic activity in HCT-116 cells. It also exhibits antiangiogenic properties by significantly reducing VEGFR-2 and pVEGFR-2 expression, supporting its use in oncology research for in vitro mechanistic studies.
