C1s-IN-1 trihydrochloride
C1s-IN-1 trihydrochloride is a selective C1s protease inhibitor (Ki=5.8 μM) that blocks classical complement pathway activation (IC50=22 μM) and also competitively inhibits thrombin (Ki=51.2 μM) . This compound is a useful research tool for studying complement-driven pathologies and coagulation cascades in vitro.
