PF-4363467 is a selective dopamine D3 receptor antagonist with high affinity (Ki=3.1 nM) and significantly lower affinity for D2R (Ki=692 nM) . It has been utilized in preclinical research to study mechanisms for reducing opioid-seeking behavior while minimizing D2-mediated side effects in both in vitro and in vivo models.
