Tyk2-IN-22 (Compound A8) is a potent and selective Tyk2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 9.7 nM, 148.6 nM, and 883.3 nM for Tyk2, JAK1, and JAK3, respectively, and it suppresses STAT5 phosphorylation.
