MCI-INI-3
MCI-INI-3 is a potent and selective competitive inhibitor of human ALDH1A3 (Ki = 0.55 μM) with over 140-fold selectivity versus ALDH1A1. It suppresses retinoic acid production and has demonstrated efficacy in reducing the viability of glioblastoma stem-like cells (GSC-83, GSC-326) in vitro, supporting its use in cancer research.
