Compound 18j is a potent, orally bioavailable dual V1a/V2 receptor antagonist with high affinity (Ki: hV1a 0.13 nM, hV2 0.53 nM) . It is useful for in vitro binding studies and in vivo models, such as inhibiting oxytocin-induced scratching behavior in mice for neurobiological research.
