ECPLA
ECPLA is a potent serotonergic psychedelic analog and a high-affinity 5-HT2A receptor agonist (EC50 14.6 nM), also binding to other serotonin, α2-adrenergic, and D2-like dopamine receptors. It is used in neuroscience research to study receptor pharmacology and signaling, including Gq-protein mediated calcium mobilization in vitro.
