SHP2-IN-33

SHP2-IN-33 (D13) is a potent allosteric SHP2 inhibitor with an enzymatic IC50 of 1.2 μM. It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in vitro by inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in Huh7 cells (IC50 = 38 μM) and shows significant in vivo efficacy in a Huh7 xenograft model with good oral bioavailability.
