Lipid C2
Lipid C2 is an ionizable cationic lipid used to formulate mRNA-loaded LNPs that target the liver and spleen. In a CT26-EBV colon cancer model, LNPs with mRNA encoding EBV LMP-2, combined with anti-PD-1, reduced tumors and reversed T cell exhaustion, enhancing antigen-specific CD8+ T cell responses.
